Marie’s Corner featured at the brand new Naxhelet Golf Club
Located on a plain overlooking the valleys of the Rivers Mehaigne and Meuse, the Naxhelet Golf Club features a 30-hole course designed by the renowned British architect Martin Hawtree. The installations include an 18-hole course, a 9-hole pitch and putt course and 3 holes reserved for the Naxhelet Golf Academy.
The fortified farmhouse has been totally redeveloped into a superb club-house, with a restaurant open to the public, a 33-room hotel and 2 apartments. It also boasts extensive spa facilities, as well as rooms for the organisation of seminars.
The challenge for Marie’s Corner was to provide seats for the interior design. The hall with three areas for the reception and relaxing features a smart selection of sofas and seats. On the first floor, members can enjoy flawless views across the course from seats and stools in the beautiful restaurant and terrace. The bar area features dining areas and saloons.
Marie’s Corner produced Denver chairs, Anniston and Jackson wingchairs, Collin poufs, Charlotte highchairs and Cleveland chairs.
The project was developed together with Philippe Valentiny’s architecture office AUVAL in Liège (quai de Rome-4000 Liège).
