The creations of the Belgian tailor-made sofa house is present in almost every room of Antwerp’s first 5-star hotel. Development, will be much more than a luxury hotel with 109 rooms and suites. It will be a lifestyle ‘experience’ in its own right. Marie’s Corner is contributing to the project by supplying more than 92 poufs (Alvin and Collin models) that will punctuate the decoration and comfort of each room in the hotel. The hotel site is located in the heart of Scheldestad, a district with a history dating back to the 13th century.
Over the years, the site has grown to include a number of buildings that have become city icons: St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, the presbytery, the pharmacy, the plant garden, etc. The 5-star hotel gives them a new life while paying tribute to their history.
