Marie’s Corner is delighted to add a new prime reference to its already-extensive portfolio of projects and collaborations in the hospitality trade. Indeed, when Sel Gris Head-Chef Frederic Deceuninck requested Belgian bespoke high-quality furniture for the 48 seats of his new restaurant in Knokke-Duinbergen, Caillou, he quite naturally turned to the Belgian brand.
The result is a unique chair created to fit in with the existing furniture and the restaurant. With this collaboration, Marie’s Corner once again proves that tailor-made
creations are not just a promise, they are part of the company’s DNA.
Frederik Deceuninck, the renowned Head-Chef of Michelin-Star restaurant Sel Gris, opened the doors of Caillou, his brand-new project in Duinbergen (282-284 Knokkestraat, 8300 Knokke-Heist) in October 2019.
Frederik’s former assistant at Sel Gris and “1er chef de Belgique, Prosper Montagné”, Chef Sander Van de Walle will head the kitchen at Caillou. He will be seconded by spontaneous and highly-attentive hostess Camille Steenhuyse, who will be the privileged point of contact for clients.
