Indeed, when Sel Gris Head-Chef Frederic Deceuninck requested Belgian bespoke high-quality furniture for the 48 seats of his new restaurant in Knokke-Duinbergen, Caillou, he quite naturally turned to the Belgian brand.\r\n\r\nThe result is a unique chair created to fit in with the existing furniture and the restaurant. With this collaboration, Marie\u2019s Corner once again proves that tailor-made\r\ncreations are not just a promise, they are part of the company\u2019s DNA.\r\n\r\nFrederik Deceuninck, the renowned Head-Chef of Michelin-Star restaurant Sel Gris, opened the doors of Caillou, his brand-new project in Duinbergen (282-284 Knokkestraat, 8300 Knokke-Heist) in October 2019.\r\nFrederik\u2019s former assistant at Sel Gris and \u201c1er chef de Belgique, Prosper Montagn\u00e9\u201d, Chef Sander Van de Walle will head the kitchen at Caillou.
